Repairing a damage photo

This is my damage picture of my sister when she was about 3 years old. I repaired this picture because there was a lot of ugly things in it so i just edit it with PS6. To edit it i used Clone Stamp Tool, Spot Healing Brush Tool, and Patch Tool.
